Propriété de la famille Grangeon depuis plusieurs générations, le Domaine de Cristia se situe à Courthézon, commune située à l’Est de Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Il s’étend sur 43 hectares répartis entre les appellations Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes-du-Rhône Villages,
Côtes-du-Rhône et Vin de Pays.
Châteauneuf-du-Pape
It was one of the first Appellations d'Origine Contrôlée to emerge in 1936.
The municipalities entitled to the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation are: Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and some of those from Orange, Bédarrides, Sorgues and Courthézon.
Between Avignon and Orange, the 3,165 hectares of the Châteauneuf du Pape vineyard overlooking the Comtat plain.
At Domaine de Cristia, 19 hectares, mostly spread over the commune of Courthézon, allow us to produce our various cuvées under the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation.
